I have the pleasure of cooking for fantastic guests aboard my luxury 62 foot catamaran, Le Rêve, in the Caribbean (Fall, Winter and Spring) and New England (Summer).
My global menu is inspired by my travels throughout Thailand, China, India, Africa, Australia, Central and South America, Israel, Europe, North America and the Caribbean.
