I have the pleasure of cooking for fantastic guests aboard my luxury 62 foot catamaran, Le Rêve, in the Caribbean (Fall, Winter and Spring) and New England (Summer).

My global menu is inspired by my travels throughout Thailand, China, India, Africa, Australia, Central and South America, Israel, Europe, North America and the Caribbean.

Yacht Le Rêve

In 2017, after a career on Wall Street, I began my journey as a yacht chef.  My menu is ever-expanding and is a tribute to my international travels, friends and family, fantastic guests, viewers and followers, and all of our combined culinary experiences and aspirations.
